I have just sold my home and purchased another (closed escrow February 1, 2024) with the outstanding assistance of Kylie Keenan of Dickson Realty. My experience working with Kylie Keenan. In July 2022 I reached out to the president of Dickson Realty to discuss my selling of my house, the house he sold to me 8 years ago. Instead of him working to sell my house he assigned a person to me called Kylie Keenan. What makes Kylie so good is she brings so many skills to being a real estate professional. Skills with computers, cell phones, realty applications, contracts, rules for selling and buying houses, working with customers, and guiding us through the process and not making us feel stupid. She respects everyone. She is also an organized person that believes in establishing a repeatable process and the importance of build a plan, work your plan, adjust the plan when needed. She then translate it all into normal people talk. Other great attribute of Kylie, when she does not have the answer for a question she will tell you, “I don’t know but I will get you an answer”. Just the way it should be, never guess and be honest. Last, Kylie has a great sense of humor when we were working. The best was, are we eating off the ceiling fan blades … little too much cleaning going on in here. Final Results, when my house went live in the internet, 3 days later we have a contract. We had 8 customers in 3 days use the computer to set up my house evaluation. Third day we got an offer for exactly what I wanted.

From start to finish, Kylie was amazing to work with. In a housing market that moves fast you need someone like her on your side who listens, is responsive, knowledgeable, and flexible. If you’re looking for a home in the insane Reno/Sparks market, you definitely need Kylie on your side! We have been so happy with both of our experiences with Kylie (buying our first home, and now selling that home and buying our second home). She’s extremely responsive which is important when you’re trying to get an offer in as quickly as possible, and knowledgeable about every step of the process. She made everything extremely easy for us. The market right now is so competitive and fast-moving, that I have no doubt we wouldn’t have gotten our offer accepted on our home without Kylie’s expertise. She knew the right questions to ask, and ways to structure our offer, to make it the most competitive possible. I recommend Kylie Keenan as the go-to realtor in the Reno, NV area. I live out of state and had bad luck with local realtors selling my house. Kylie is the most professional, personable, and thoughtful individual and realtor. As first time homebuyers, we were nervous about the whole process (especially in this crazy 2020 market!). Although she is the guru of Reno realty, she went out of her way to help us find a home in Carson City without hesitation.
